I can not sleep, I can not rest

I toss I Turn Iím in distress

Dropping bombs on Iraq

Hoping terrorists donít attack

Troops are dying everyday

Is this the price we have to pay

I know itís because of 9/11

So many people are now in†heaven

I wish we could just make it right

So we could stop this fight

Some are for war and some against

Standing divided, different sides of the fence

People ask me which side Iím for

To tell you the truth Ö Iím not sure

Is it right, Is it wrong

I just know itís been to long

One thing I can say about Iraq

They have are troops and I want them back

This reminds me of a song by CSNY- Find the cost of freedom- excellent song and I couldn't agree with you more. I don't even know exactly why they are there but I know I want them home NOW. My mind and my heart can't accept the thought of the REAL reason our troops are over there-- thanks George. Very good write. Karen

Dan this was a very expressive write. I think everyone is ready for this fight to be over. I think I will stand neutral and not take sides in the war, because it pangs me. Keep up the good work Dan and by all means continue to write.
