Remember...
I know not why you haunt me
I am lost in a perilous dream
Your looks decieve me
But then I remember...

I look with subtle pleasure
I am confused
You cannot understand me
And then I remember...

I think of times when we were friends
I recall everything was alright
You dont want to admit it
Yet you start to remember...

Things start to fall together
Still you are blind
Look into what you dont want to see
Start to remember...

Isnt the pain unbearable
Doesnt it hurt to breathe
Has your mind gone numb
Do you remember...

Blood drips down your fingertips
A noose hangs around a broken neck
Lifeless, you fall...
Because you remembered our past

How much do you think it has hurt me?
Author's Notes:
Its painful to never forget, but its even worse to remember...

this is without a doubt a sad and tragic situation to write about... Although it is written well, it is painfully tear jerking...
