Morning Rain
Silvery droplets cascade
from dark, cloudy skies...
Rain falls gently,
forming tiny rainbows
on glistening dewdrops
Thirsty roses drink in
sweet nectar
of early morning rain
Gingerly, I watch
through frosty window panes

GORGEOUS~!! I can 'feel' those silver droplets, and I can hear the sound of the rainbow, my friend...You make a work of poetry a virtual piece of art~
Thank you for sharing your talent, Mary, it is always a delight to read your pages.... who listens to the sounds of Nature and 'sees' her friend's work as reality.....
