Musings of Pluto

Frigid distance is but a vacuous prison;

eternity crawling with incremental steps,

shifting ever so slightly within

an endless tomorrow that shall pass,

unrecognizable in the grand scheme.

Nature's gifts are errant and brief,

providing little companionship.

Corona glare is icy and faint,

holding the cosmic leash from a distance

by the tiniest filament.

Only one other movement is noted

and she is both a blessing and a curse.

The lovely Charon never fails to tug

at the circling attraction from deep within

and her silent sultry smile is maddening.

A nice view of the 'grand scheme' as only you can do!

Nothing comes better
Than the sweet fetter
Of she whom impassions me
Like that of my sweet Ann Marie.
