hypnotism comes
as if on rats
by these sleek cobras;

minds are easels
to paint uneasy deaths
by facetious fugitives whose progenitors
deserted hell and plague us
with eternal infamy

one is sadden
with preys who gladden
and connive at these bloody escapements,
psychological executions

sometimes one invites
to paint for posterity
these beautiful deaths,
pains, tears
