Little Mary, The Invisible Girl

Little Mary, the invisible girl

All alone in a frightening world

On the outside, always looking in

To her, that's how it's ever been

A stranger in an unfamiliar land

Wishing for someone to hold her hand

To lend an ear to a very small voice

To let her know she had a choice

To keep trying so hard to fit in

Knowing somehow she could never win

Or, to seek an answer that concurs...

She took the world and made it hers
