Alabama Peach
Fresh plucked
Covered in velvet fuzz
A texture that makes
My fingers dance
Tender caresses

Rosy blush, firm flesh
I crave a taste
The sweet juice of promise
Succulence beneath a thin skin
Ready to be released

My hands cradle you
My taste buds quiver
My lips form a seal

How readily you offer nourishment

How clean a nip my hunger holds

Well, well this reminded me so much of the poetry of Pablo Neruda.  His odes...like yours are filled with symbolism and delicate words of love. Nice!!!

as your enjoy a delicious Georgia peach.

Like the peach, the flavor of your new write comes forth immediately and clearly!

Tickles the senses!

Love it!
