Time is on your Side
I wish I could fix all of your
broken pieces.
To mend each one without
leaving a scar.
And place in your hands a
permanent marker.
To write off forever who tore your
world apart.
In reality no such magic wand gives
a new start.
But time pieces back together your
loving heart.
Author's Notes:

Time to move forward in time.

Is why today I had to rhyme.

Dan - I think every red-blooded man would like the ability to correct all the ills that occur in life; Not within our purview I'm afraid.  All we can do is apply what salves we do have, and leave the results to the Great Physician. A thought provoking write.

Suggestion-- in verse 4 ; it should be 'Tore" not "Torn"                                      Bruce

A wonderful piece of work Dan.

Time is a good healer in most cases, so long as certain lines aren't crossed.

Loved it,
