<Untitled>

Its the cut, on the tip, of the smallest finger of your hand;
The tingling, moving through your sleeping feet, that begs you not to stand..

When I become a puddle...
When I only block your path...

I never meant to cause you trouble..
...Never meant to hold you back..

How distant is the moonlight's song?
How lost did Midnight's bond become?

Did you still see me through her....
When she became the sun?
When I fell through what could..
And what should have been done..

Its the times we tried;
The pieces that we hide;
All the little things...
..killing us inside...

Its every feeling left behind;
Every truth perceived as lies..

When I become a puddle...
Will you find another way?

When the salt in her tear..
Is a storm trapping us here...
When we choke on what is right..
Strain our eyes to see her light..

Its the lilly blooming,
Despite the rain...
Its pain..
Its everything...

When I become a puddle...
...and there is no way around...

..will you simply pass
Right through me;
Or will you become the ground?
