Rabid Moon
stark howl
pierce the night
devoid of light
she cries
and bleeds
she prays
on her knees
on the arrow
bone and marrow
bless'd winds
laced with sorrow
I dig
three feet deep
for tonight
I shall sleep
beneath the rabid moon
