I miss the bite of the night,
And the way the wind would whisper secrets.
Scent of it in my hair,
And I,
In the woods, would wander,
Torn from the abyss of my darkened heart -
I was alive, and in love
With the night.

I took a tour of your walk with my eyes close and could feel the night air say this is a good poem.
