A LETTER FROM KERI
A LETTER FROM KERI
"ALWAYS KERI"

I looked at your faces on that dark dreary day
and wondered why you were crying since I did not go away.

I'll live in your memories the corners of your mind.
The good you'll remember the bad you won't find.

I'd love to be with you to ease all your pain.
I'd love to hold you and love you again.

I was not quite ready to leave you behind,
the choice was not mine, nor yours,
yet I'm doing just fine

remember the life I lived with you.
I know it was short and the memories few,
yet they are so precious they cannot be erased,
the bond that we share will help peace take grief"s place.

I know it's not fair, for you loved me so much.
I also loved you and will miss your sweet touch.

You gave me a life that most only dream of,
Long life is not better when it has no Love.

Please don't cry for me, I'm in a wonderful place.
Remember to celebrate my life.
Keep me in your memories,
embrace

I'll love you forever as you will too
Thank you for all the great times we had
I will always be with you
dearest MOM, DAD

Author's Notes:
To my dearest friend Glata. Sorry for the late reply from Keri. I know that this would have been more comforting at the time of your loss but this has just come to my awareness since I haven't been on cp forever it seems. You are always on my mind and I hope that peace will be in your family's home sooner than later. You will meet again but until then hang onto those precious memories. Beautiful Keri will always stay beautiful. Heaven gained while we grieve.

Good memories last forever, and this is a proof of it. Beautifully done.
