The Black Cloud
I open my door, to the sound of trumpets
A thousand blowing horns signalling a thousand more sorrowful songs
The night sky, tonight she shall fall
Watch as black clouds & vicious lightning strike down us all
We brought this upon ourselves
We listened not to the warning signs

Drill
Dig
Drill
Dig
Drill
Burn

You thought this cycle would last forever
Now witness how your stubborn nature
Terraform's the weather

Nature will witness all that you do
& she shall take vicious punishment out upon you
Yes you, me, us, mankind
We are swiftly bringing forth our own demise

I'm sure though
That after the black clouds come, the red lightning strikes
You'll be so proud this night
Looking at your field of living oil
One day soon, mankind will reap, eternal turmoil.
