Break The Mold
So I stare into the mirror and look at my reflection
And I look back and I don't like what I see
I'm all by myself and it makes me feel regret
I feel your silence was a test

You may never understand the effect you had on me
You may never understand just how much I cared for you
But I guess it doesn't matter
Because to you I'm just a memory

I hate feeling this way all the time
Lost and rejected isn't the way to live
There has to be a solution somewhere
Somewhere is anywhere better than here

Please don't forget about me
I'm just an empty soul
Don't you dare forget about me
I'm one of the last boys out there to break the mold

I never understood why I get used so much
All I wanted was a soft meaningful touch
A late night movie and hold you close
Yet you run to the boys who hurt you the most

EXPLAIN TO ME THAT LOGIC
WHY STAY WITH SOMEONE WHO CAUSES YOU PAIN
WHEN YOU CAN HAVE SOMEONE
WHO WILL LOVE YOU MORE EACH DAY

SO I'LL ASK YOU GIRL

Please don't forget about me
I'm just an empty soul
Don't you dare forget about me
I'm one of the last boys out there to break the mold

So many take an 'I think I can change/tame him' attitude with the 'bad boys' and end up getting hurt in the process (emotionally and physically)...
