Eternal peace and happiness
You thought you could destroy me by stabbing me with your knife. I'm about to perish but I'll be having a far better life. My life on Earth is about to end but my new life will be my great reward. In just a moment, I will be going to Heaven to be with the Lord. You thought you could do me great harm by bringing my physical life to an end. But that isn't so because my greater life is about to begin. I will be reunited with loved ones who have passed. I will have eternal peace and happiness at last. I'm going to do something for you that none of your victims will do while you live. Before God takes me home, I'm going to forgive.

This poem could have just as easily gone under the 'inspirational category.' Your words do inspire because to forgive someone who

has stabbed you and left you to die is about as inspiring as it gets. I enjoyed your lovely poem.

Randy: the last two lines are so important.  The greatest gift you can give yourself.

I hope this is not true and just venting, because each of us is specail and each life is

also, and because of others you should never lose yourself in what they may say or do

to you. For you can find happiness if you look around and inside yourself for what really

does make you happy.
