My Heart and Soul
She was different, had a certain tempo when she walked

Moving in a particular easy way that you could almost feel

The sway from back and forth captured my full attention

It was Saturday evening…Ocean Drive…South Beach…Miami

I am sure her fragrance slid by me on a soft summer breeze

She was made for love…an angel that was sent from above

I held her image in a dream…it felt real or so it would seem

A clever poem that as a whole is excellent but as an added element each line could be the first line of a yet to be written piece --

Great writing Steve --
