Turning a New Leaf
Where have all the poets gone
 with their pages
of yesterday.
They are the leaves falling now
 as I watch the
 children play.
Rising from the park bench
among the voices
of such glee.
A leaf was pressed within
the pages of the
history of me.
Author's Notes:

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in, forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day, you shall begin it well and serenely...
