Young decade of shame
Here we are, just about two full years
into this current decade
What have we done with our country?
We have allowed it to slip from our grasp
In this decade, we have marked ten years
Since the murders of over three thousand people
In this decade, we have lost more freedoms
They are just about all gone
You ask how? Check the traffic lights
Cameras evrywhere to monitor
Cell phones that can pinpoint your location
Gps for the car, another way of tracking us
Are we really naive enough to believe
That our phone calls are not being monitored?
When you close your doors at night
Do you really believe you have privacy?
We are supposed to have freedom of religion
Yet in this decade, they tried to remove God from the pledge
Now for the final insult to our freedoms
Comes the pentultimate of slap from our own government
Near the cite where the towers once proudly stood
They have allowed the building of a Mosque

Here in Quebec they just passed a law that noone can wear anything religious if they want to be a blue collar worker.  Guess a nursing job is out for me, since I have a cross tatooed on my forehead!

The same minister who passed that law is working on another law that says noone can speak english in businesses in will be illegal to say "hello" to a customer.

People are caller her a modern Hitler...I agree.

Is it true what they say about that new "Obama Care" down there where you are...that you have to get a rf chip to receive benifits???  Alot of Christians are thinking that chip is the mark of the beast.

Every word we write here is getting logged into Big Brother...that means you and me both are now targets for having partook in such words as these.  Matter of time~

Apparently now there are drones that will look through our roofs and see what we're doing inside.

The last time I was sworn in for court there was no mention of God...that already exists here.

Religion has been banned at school...

These are all labour pains...God told us these would happen and they are...all part of the necessary fall of the world~

By building a Mosque at the sight of the towers the authorities have

 - Insulted your freedoms? quote - "We are supposed to have freedom of religion"

There is a nunnery at Auschwitz...  A dear friend of mine, Norma, once said to me -- in passing: 'It's always a paradox.'  The only comment I can make is that it was not WE who allowed or did these things, it was THEY.  Had it been left to us, none of our freedoms would have been taken.  Perhaps America is declining: as all once-great empires. --D

I dont see any conflict in building a Mosque on the site of the towers, the acts of a very few fanatics has no bearing on the Muslim religion. Hatred towards Muslims is the goal these fanatics seek, they strive for hatred and intolerance. This project actualy flies in the face of that and shows that America will not lower itself into a pit of religious intolerance. I presume that you are Christian so i suggest you practice what you preach and extend the hand of friendship to Muslims.

Religion is man's way  to God.

Relationship is God's way to Him.

I agree with everyone here. Henry

Ohhhhh....ho! You got me with ya, Hank! This is not America anymore, but more a kinda gulag, the likes of which Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote of in his classic "Gulag Archipelago" series. Nothng is sacred anymore, Man is becoming more godless by the day and we're definitely on the road to Perdition. Well said, my friend!
