You Walked Away
With dark dust in my eyes I railed at the skies
I stood on this strand and reached for your hand
Where my soul did weep at end of day
And as I looked you walked away

In the measure of things of bracelets and rings
Your eyes still shone in the light of the dawn
But the blue sky turned to shades of grey
And as I looked you walked away

In the high deeps of night I searched for the light
From cold bitter womb to long endless tomb
In a fleeting wind the branches sway
And as I looked you walked away

In a red futile rage I scribed words on a page
And in a burning rain I still clung to my pain
and thought of words I wished to say
And as I looked you walked away

In this ragged dream will I too hear the scream
To see a stain of blood before the final flood
And how long more can I hope to stay
And as I looked you walked away

As the last wheel turns and the blue fire burns
For a world to save from our freedom's slave
On bended knee I stooped to pray
And as I looked you walked away

Words alone
cannot express the emotions and the passion that is described in this
poem.Your heart glows like the stars in the night and you heart beats
like the ocean waves comforting yet so calming and real. You my poetic
friend have a heart of gold and that is the greatest treasure you can
ever give to someone else Because it is unconditional. This poem is
beyond beautiful .Keep writing my poetic friend, because you are so
gifted and talented beyond the words that you write. You have been so
blessed deep within the very core of your soul.Thank you for being you
and more then anything thank you for sharing this poem with all of us.

My ...This clutches ones heart to read.....

Each time you express your emotions and yet she walks away..

LOve is a strange creature indeed... so many emotions in total maddness!!
