Wed rather turn away from fact
Than risk our sunshine so to see
That Nature plays dynamic act
Defying cold reality.

The sky is blue, the trees are green,
Without the window all is well
Yet such not so altho it seem
Since somewhere out there life is hell.

Great work. Precise and thought-provoking. Indeed, we shy away from hurtful facts, and so often fall into the trap of leading a 'windowless' existence.

Your visual  mind really paints a great picture....

This took me years back when I developed an obsession about thinking that what could have been happening in the world at the very second I lived! I wanted to list them and read them to people! At this very second that I write this, some die, some were born, a fight, an stabbing, a kiss, making love, an accident, a fire, killing, a bomb, and explosion, a bullet hitting someone, planning of killing, murdering, as well as wedding! ... and indeed, "somewhere out there life is hell" , it's an strange world David, What an end to this amazing work. ~Dean

How very true your words are -- once again a clever write which transmits your thoughts in such an elegant way -- as usual - - superb --
