At times I think I should write of those who gossipped and lied and spread their rumors with poison-tipped tongues like arrows aimed straight for the heart But, I won't give them the satisfaction of someday reading these words and thinking I cared

This could indeed be the solution as nothing hurts more then to be ignored and if they never get a reply you'd be suprised at how easily they give up,well done mary~Graham.
