WE COME HERE NOW AS E'ER BEFORE

bh

WE COME HERE NOW AS EER BEFORE

We come here now as eer before
Yet always find we something new
And is this not where we belong?
Where all that is is all thats true.

We marvel at our timeless place
In wonder we approach the door
What mystery lies here within
What purpose have we come here for?

And so the answer in itself
Be like a box within a box
Tho think we know now something else
Is nothing less than paradox.

I do not believe we are supposed to know what is here ... or what is coming.  That would take all the excitement out of life.  Though it would be nice to have a little warning.
Nice

David, this is a masterpiece.  What visions I have for the New Year.  I feel this is the one for us all, something special, are year of Hope.  A year of the care heart.  A year of compassion.  I am ready to open the door and greet the new year with a hug and a kiss and a great Hello.  Love Tina

Just a different name for the same game, eh? Provokes and evokes thought. Good one, dude.

Only your good self could ask the meaning of life in three wonderful verses!!  Is what we have all that we can have?  And is what is to come just another phase in our life's journey?  A wonderfully thought provoking piece in your own inimitable style.  I loved it -- bravo!
