Liquid Light
walking slowly forward,
towards the warehouse
emanating deafening music,
rings of prismatic light
glow on her arms and hands.
thin strands of light
hang entwined
with her long black hair.
chains of florescent color
spiral from the waist down.

through the black door
and down the darkened hallway,
the music grows in strength,
middle ranged through high pitched
sounds dance in and around eachother,
striving for dominance,
puncuated by the pounding base
keeping them in line.

opening the last door,
the dark is lit purplish black
and pierced by fleeting white light,
the prismatic light
on her arms and hands,
begin to weave and blend.
as the music picks up,
the light begins to stream and drip,
into flowing patterns
of prismatic liquid light.
faster and faster the light moves,
bluring colors together,
painting a picture
of a flowing
multicolored serpent,
weaving and diping,
dancing and leaping,
cleaving darkness
into a flowing stream
of liquid light.
Author's Notes:
have you ever watched a liquid light dance? beautiful. absolutely stunning way to dance. making glowsticks and glowrings into a flowing pattern of what apears to be liquid light.
