A Wonderers Sorrow
If you saw me the way I see me,
You would see a beast with no soul
No woman to hold
No children to raise
& no family with whom to grow old
For indeed I feel as a damn soul

Longing for the touch of anothers hand
I pray day in & day out
For my love to begin
For a woman to call wife
Children to call sons & daughters
A house to call my own
& continue the legacy of my forefathers

Oh how I long for a wife to hold
Children of my own
A place to call home
But alas....
Wonderers are forever alone.

As a man you will never be to old to start a family but I certainly feel your pain for I do not have any children and sometimes it causes so much sorrow.  Promises and vows broken have left me an empty shell long to have a legacy of my own.  I'm hoping that living a giving life that I shall be remember for something good.  A very heartfelt  and beautifully written poem.  Tina

Maybe its time to let go of the past and walk to the light!!!

If you want  a family you have to have faith and hope!!

 Great poem!!!

This is  very heart wrenching to read, love happens when you least expect it, don't give up on that dream.  Henry
