A Reality Check

My addiction to you is finally over.

Now heading full throttle for cover.

Hope plucked from a four leaf clover.

Another fable of man I discovered.

Sand castles will eventually fall.

Reality always breaches the wall.

Impossible for us to become one.

Who rises first the moon or sun?
