Quietness Urges
Life does does not ever go backward
nor does it tarry with yesterday

Quietness urges the tears that reveal
how the swollen eyelid guard
the weeping eyes

 Emptiness finds its refreshing morning
then refreshed enough to love again

Time reveals itself a clearer voice
kinder to ones endless thoughts
and voiceless emotions

This longing reached into their heart
as the drifting winds reach out
to embrace them
