Stationary Front Forecast
Sedentary I remain
Inside the walls of nothing
Feeling as a never-ending void

A shame to call this pain
It's true that I feel nothing
This loneliness I can't avoid

I understand
what's been planned
is on hiatus

So content
and reticent
Yes, I hate this

And far away
Until that day
An outlaw torn I remain

Destroy the clock that ticks
It echoes incessantly
Shows such disdain for my plight

And closing on my six
The platitudes of maybe
An empty bed is a lonely night

of dreams I trashed
One still living

There with you
I could undo
The pain life's giving

I'd trade these things
for maps and wings
And take the reins of love

I fear it's all the same
I fear it's all the same
Hopelessness, my game

On that note
around my throat
The grasp of nothing

I feel you so
and so you know
This love is something

Stuck with you
is a past untrue
Ahead lies so much more...
