Redwood tree

Standing strong and so tall

Handsome and regal weathers the storm
 

Rivers run

Swiftly changing the earth

Confident in his work and his worth
 

Winds blow strong

Clearing clouds from blue skies

Just as he chases tears from my eyes

great job - in your own way, you have addressed the basic elements and added your own special twist.  and to do this in a form that has it's own restrictions? - most impressive.  great work!
