The Yellow Brick Road
The Yellow Brick Road

My home and world came crashing down with a powerful cyclone
Now in the Enchanted Forest, I am feeling scared and all alone
Though I may encounter dangerous lions, tigers and bears along the way
True friends and dear loved ones cross my path and by my side they stay

With every twist and turn, the mysteries of my life are revealed
Least I sleep forever, I must stay clear of the magical poppy field
Somewhere over the rainbow, I will find the dreams that I seek
So I must journey on this path of life that is really quite unique

In search of answers, to the Emerald City, I must go
The answers to my questions, the wizard will surely know
As I travel this pathway, I alone must bear the heavy load
The pathway I speak of, I call "The Yellow Brick Road"

When a powerful cyclone crashes upon our world we must find the answers within our being to survive. We tell our story creating a form that is powerful, honest and with all our heart...Your wonderful write did just that.  I am very touched  Loretta
