Many have hopes and dreams yet to fulfill.
A life they strongly desire and hope to build.
They long for that perfect moment in time.
A time when their reason has found itís rhyme.

If in fact they find it they are left wanting more.
Perfect does exist and they wonder whatís in store.
Those perfect moments never last for very long.
But the ones that do help to keep us strong.

Precious memories, we store them in our mind.
Filling every recess with as many as we can find.
When we find ourselves at the twilight of our days.
We will find our lives were perfect in oh so many ways.

Author's Notes:
In our search for perfection, we hold tightly to fond memories...
And we forever reach for those perfect moments yet to explore...

Oh yes when we take a good look at all the negatives in the world our lives are definitely perfect because someone else always is worse off. Grateful for what we have makes everything perfect just like this perfect poem.

The closest I've come to perfect is in my wife.  Love her dearly and will do so forever.
