Dark Sermon
Release the Fury of your Hate,
let it Storm!
Focus its Wrath at one,
for all else shall
be Destroyed.
Let your Anger fall like Rain,
and Your Hate gather Rain
Into Poisoned Pools!
Let Love be the Child Drowned,
in the Flood of Compressed Hate.
Let your Hate be
the Obsidian Knife,
Striking deep in your Love.
Let Love be your Blood,
running in Rivets
into Pools of Darkness!
Let Anger be your Faith!
And Hate, your God!
Let the Fire Burning
in your Soul, your Symbol.
Let Love be the Source-blood
of all your Pain.
Let Hate and Death walk free,
arm in arm they shall fight,
on the Battlefield of Life.
Author's Notes:

this poem was written about a dream, a nightmare, that i had a very, very long time ago. ummm... i cannot remember exactly when i had the nightmare but i remember it being when i was in middle-school so about 8 years ago i had the nightmare.  in that nightmare, i was standing in a temple of fire and shadows and i was being read a sermon. this was the end prayer of that sermon.  the nightmare lasted as long as the storm lasted that hit the town i was in that night. once the storm had moved on, the nightmare moved on. but the oddest and scariest part of that whole nightmare is when i awoke the next morning and found burn marks on my ceiling.
