Daytime Moon

Bright blue sky radiant background

Winter has diminished greenery on trees

Wind whispers her chilly message

A beautiful bright full Moon rises

Her glory blesses the daytime sky

My camera preserves this magic moment
Author's Notes:
There was a daytime full Moon in January 2009 -- this is my humble picture in words.

A captured time when the moon ruled the daytime sky. Your picture and poem tells it all.

What simple words but yet so poignant. Your photograph made us all feel connected to that image as if we were there. What am I saying, we are there!

Fondly, Sergio

To me to see a full moon at daytime is cool!  I am glad you got it on camera, and then came to tell us in a colorful poetic way...Thanks, Lady D...

Magic moment indeed. Years ago, my friend and I watched the sunrise at Mt. Rushmore. As daylight broke, the moon was high overhead. It was magic, for sure. You've done the experience justice. ML
