Death so near, I cling to life as it is
Another sun sets on a day in remiss
Calendar waning of the days spent in hell
Forever more I will be trapped in this shell

Nothing else left to pacify
No longer will I even try...

Take me back to a time so full of hope
A point in time I can put on a loop forever
Take me back to a place where the sun shines
A place where I can feel warm once again

Nothing left to pacify
So here I lay and wonder why...

Imagining my life as a hopeful fairy tale
Back to reality, a hopeless no avail
Greet one last time those who made me alive
Erase the plans of perfect life, so contrived

Nothing left to pacify
But a countdown to a last goodbye...

Call me sympathy seeking, I simply don't care
Nothing matters now but the call of the end
Call me a sinner as if you've done no wrong
If this must be a sin then I die an evil man

Nothing left to pacify
You had to go and let me die.

Been there twice in my life I understand more than you
will ever know...But I found the pathway to light
