Inner body experience

laying here wide awake
but unable to move
screaming that I can hear you
but no sounds come out

trapped inside my own body

my own prison

slowly I start to tingle

feeling coming back
I take a deep breath
and sit up
Author's Notes:
This happened to me this morning, it's one of the strangest things i've ever been through! It didn't last long thankfully.

Mary oh I mean John, seriouslyi have had this experience not lately but it's awful.  Mostly in public and I couldn't move it seemed to last forever and ever.  Tina

If you were fully awake when this happened I'd say the experience is an indication of something significant. Your body is trying to tell you something--perhaps it isn't anything physical--maybe your sub-conscious speaking. Search for understanding John. Be well!

That must have been a strange experience. Judging by a couple of comments. This should be an obituary lol. R.I.P

Nothing like feeling trapped inside yourself, huh? Things like this happen rarely to most of us, and the biggest part of the population never experience it, but when it happens, it's wild!

Glad it's over and hope  it doesn't happen again!

Hugs and love ya, brother mine!

That must be the most scariest feeling ever. My friend also described getting that, it is like your brain wakes up before your body and you are conscious but cant move. Damn, I can think it was horrible!  Hope it doesn't happen again.

Hm...don't know what that is...but if it happens again maybe you should see a doctor~

Sounds very scary...

Actually...my mom told me that happened to her...and she died of a heart attack not too long after...
she was 48!
