Disquised In Robes

Spring was disguised in robes and tiptoed through
the country side last night and left
her warmer tracks

She grant me such happy appreciation
of nature joys in my life

To wake after another cold night to hear
the song of red robins greeting the day
with melody enthusiasm

I ask for only some peaceful contentment
with joy and zest in just living

With glorious songs to still sing

With the tang of clean fresh air
to breath as I start a new day

Wow...this poem begins which beautiful imagery and draws the reader in all the way through to the inspiring ending.  Very nice - poem #2 of yours going on my favorites list today. :-)

She:  this is delightful.  I have noted the presence of many birds in my yard, singing gaily, and tending their nests high in the trees.  My doggies of course bark and bark; but the birds just get in the tree branches and sing!!!
