Thunder Speaks
Nature spoke with thunder on his speaking tongue
and the clouds raged with darkness of gray

Changing winds became suddenly dead silent
just before the thrashing frigid rain came in
will hells fury to pay

Lightning danced across the bold dark vastness
with fire to warn the earth of its power

Watching and listening to all the sounds of nature
on my back porch for hours and hours

Nicely written and full of expression about the nature of a storm.  Gives brilliant detail in just a few lines.  Great write.

Indeed India we have had rain and dark clouds and then frost and fog and snow and ice

and then rain and well! January's mistress is hard to please this year!

What a lovely picture you draw of nature in one of her moods.
