How Long ~*~ Has It Been
Mysterious searching eyes just don't lie
Mirrors of reflections with sensual sighs

How long has it been with eyes
that seem to cry out somebody
just love me please

Willing lips conquer the trembling heart
passion grasping essence of the unknown
with its alluring tease

My heart pulses unable to ever rest
with descending heart beat rhythms
into my yielding mind

Here in the flickering red orange shadows
of a blazing fire place alone I sit with only
my thoughts and a glass of red wine

a winter poem India with all the coldness outside we take solace in the fire within our dwellings just as much as we do in the fire of the heart that warms us against the sadness we touch .

A sad poem but a enjoyable read.
