She ~**~ Vanished

Suddenly cool breezes startled peering trees

through the swoop of dark native wilds
of a hot summer day

Her native woman spirit was descending
into the hidden shadowed valley
of talking spirit clouds

Graceful ghostly breeze dancing through
buffalo grasses and wild purple sage

Hovering colored butterflies tasting
sweet wildflowers nectar with
prophesied grace in the
meadow wilderness

Twilight blinked out of purple veils
celestial breeze hues whispered among
 the emerald summer leaves

A white ghost wolf running by her side

She suddenly turned looking his way

Please listen to me she whispered
into the native wind

" I love you and always will "

Then she vanished into the perishing gloom
it swallowed her without warning

before his startled eyes

Massive lingering gloom the only echo

of his calling voice repeated

with no echo answer

His desperate voiced answered not

 With desperate complete shock

His last loving whisper
she never heard
