The Candidate's Debate
The time has come to make a bold choice, maybe even the boldest choice of them all
Head to head two very different men will go with only one to emerge as the ulimate victor
Equal at last black shall stand next to white in the most highly prized of all races
Could this be only the beginnging of equality for all of mankind?
Angels, the fates and time only know that answer
Never say never anymore
Doubt not that this time will only make us stronger
In a mere instant united forever more or at least for the rarest of moments in the truest form of brotherhood
among man
Did't ever think it would or could happen, but it has
All for one and one for all is finally here to be seen
Truer words I am sure have never before been written, spoken or even thought of
Enemies no more as we begin to embrace and fill up the holes in our too long broken souls
Standing tall, bold and proud to say that at last we have achieved that one perfect moment in time
Don't just stand there still
Everyone reach out and become part of it to form a neverending human chain of life, love and freedom
Broken and tore by no man
As one we shall now rule
Turning our backs on another never again
Every last man, woman and child finally side by side to make a king's long ago dream fulfilled at last
Thank God almighty
At last
