Dancing Spirits ~ Co-Written Fletch ~ Blue Wolf

Native American Dancers

  Dancing Spirits

I have ridden my galloping spirit horse

beside wild winds that blow
with war chants across the
endless sky

Indian ghostly visions

 fleeing into the dusky night
with their cries

Hidden forces that fly with understanding
far into the native world universe
where just beyond eternity lies
~**~

Deep within our ancestor blood
Our spirits are the same inside

Together we shall dance
With passion grace and pride

Drums making eagle feathers dance
we all become one great nation
dancing around the
fire light stance

At the great pow wow

For it is the heartbeat of our people
A prayer for the young and old

And when the Lion and the Lamb lie down together so shall we dance the dance of our forefathers once again and the tribe that is human shall be as one.

India and Fletch such power here and beauty and a joy to read and ponder upon the rites of man and his destiny.

When we grow up as people we shall see truely who we are and once again dance around the totem of life again. For is it not written that we are all Indian, we are all brothers.
