ineffable love

Every poet and artist has tried to define
By explaining what love is in picture, song and rhyme
But how are you able to express that feeling in an image or a line?

No explanation is ever right
If you say love is powerful you haven't show its might
And if you don't show love's darkness you can't show its light

As an artist I write about what love is every day
But despite all I write about it there is one thing I will say
Love is the only thing I will never be able to fully explain

Why can't we explain love?  Because it changes with each revision;
And because love its self constantly changes its definition
It has the power to change time, our lives and our decisions

It's probably the true definition of confusion, lol, but it's also the one thing that every man, woman, boy and girl on the face of the earth  craves from birth. Love, in all its forms, truly evades definition.

Well stated,  Shoaib...
