She walks into empty spaces, fills them with her life
Aglow with life, never ceasing to amaze, through all the complex strife

Hears the signals from afar
Longing for a response...

Pacing through the vast unknown that is this dreary void
She suffices as she draws nearer, the darkness she convoys

The glow is seen from afar
Ever enticing, the void is cleared...

She opens the door, no longer afraid I return to the days
This loneliness, all from afar drifts away with the haze

We drift apart, we live as one, we never sever the link

The one I thought I'd never find
Distance so unkind
Distance so unkind...

Never once do I return to that deep unknown
With her I see the guiding light within this world I'm thrown

Watching the hands flow freely
The time melts away...

She speaks the words so soft to me, adrift I float on bliss
Waiting here as long as it takes to meet that amazing kiss

They can pull us apart
But still, we beat as one...

I'll hold the times we share so dearly, deeply in my heart
The memory will resurface the moment we must depart

I'll take the pain, I'll do it all to keep you from the void

The one I know I'll always hold
Distance so cold
Distance so cold...
