I can't say that I agree with you there - politics is tricky business.
People often don't stop to realize that it isn't a tyranical president ruining the economy - it's Congress. The president can say anything he wants, but Congress makes the decisions. Government "for the people, by the people" was a long time ago.
It doesn't matter who runs for president, just the platforms they stand on. People can say one thing, but they ultimately have to live up to the expectations of their party.
Huzzah, politics. It is time for change - a change will only happen when the people speak up to their congressmen and women and demand it. As a country, we've laid down and taken enough flack - and ended up with the short end of the stick.
