Transparent disguise
the words are tears in your eyes
they each fall in a transparent disguise
expectation is cyanide to satisfaction
your letdowns become the main attraction.
sucess begins to relent
vacuous, without your consent.
do i have permission to be myself?

Author's Notes:

Someone special to me didnt support me with my choices. She's fake. She pretends to love who i am but she wants me to be someone else.
