Monkey in my wardrobe

Monkey in my wardrobe

Thereís a monkey in my wardrobe
Who will not let me sleep
Heís trying all my clothes on
He really looks quite neat.

He has a friend a crocodile
Who lays beneath my bed
Sometimes he gets so snappy
He tries to bite my leg.

Last of all thereís spider
A nasty piece of work
Heís creepy crawly scary
And makes me go berserk.

I try to sleep with one eye closed
The other standing guard
But to spot that cheeky monkey
Is proving very hard.

Perhaps he is not there at all
The crocodile just fun
But I think the spiderís real enough
According to my Mum.

Well the spider is the one I'd fear the most!! =)) That'll be one stylin' monkey, I'd say. (lol) This is so playful, children (esp) would LOVE this poem. Good stuff!!!

That is an interesting room John.  Monkey tales and a snappy croc who maybe picks the lock.  Very funny.
