I See, I Feel, I Ask
A bright Sun is shining, over a Dark rain cloud,
A breeze is softly blowing, as nature sings out loud,
Love is slowly growing, making my new shroud,
In this world of Hate, that Evil seems to crowd.
Tears are less frequent, as smiles become more,
A heart no longer crying, now starts to pour,
The Love that was lost, is starting to restore,
The courage I need, to let thou soar,
Into the Heavens, that make up the sky,
I sit and write while you purify,
The wicked in me I crucify,
As you hold me up and glorify
A flock of birds soar in winds overhead,
Rolling hills give home to the thoroughbred,
Cliff sides and peaks a eagles feather-bed,
Looking over fish in the living riverbed,
Earth and the world are helping me grow,
Stronger each day let your Love overflow,
To living things around me let Your Love sow,
Let me be Earth's lost, and forgotten Romeo.
May our tears fall to cleanse and refill,
All of Earth's purity and man's goodwill
Just might save Life from overkill,
Please restore our strength and our self will.
