Heaven needs our touch…co write with Len

We parked our cans
in the waiting room
Not sure we're getting in
St. Peter cast
a glance our way
"So, you're the Brothers Grim!"

"It seams your name’s
aren’t on the list
I must refuse you passage"
Len say’s "Hey,
just cool it, Pete
We’re here to give our message"

Pete looks down
in pure disgust
"You’d best get to your point!"
Len steps aside
as Filthy says,
"We’re gonna run this joint!"

With thunder claps
to shake all worlds
The big guy does appear
Pete falls down
to hug the ground
trembling with fear

Filthy grins
and then begins
to sing some down home blues
about the time
the Brothers Grim
filled old Satan's shoes

God looks down
and says, "Oh, yes...
I've heard about you two
You took Hell without a shot
Now my realm, you choose?"

Len said, "God,
don't get us wrong
We won't change things that much
You've had your run
Now, step aside
'cause Heaven needs our touch"

Can't believe I didn't know about this one. Took Hell without a shot? I believe. Good work, you two. ML
