Half Past Forever
Life should be used as music direction
in a tempo slower than andante

A composition of  movements  played
within its embracing tempo of laughter
devastating heartaches
and exhilarating  loves passion

Two performing lovers with mortal steps
requiring lyricism it takes great skill
in balancing our live passage

We must also sow the seeds of wisdom
that survives the foolish changing heart
with the rebellious seasons of life

Spiritual love is astonishing when written
on the understanding parchment that waits
with the mystical whispering truth
purest are the words of  poetry

Remember every mile you journey
are endless memories that will be sacred
they are half past forever

Your love is burning up the atmosphere
with your blazing confession sunset

This comes with panache and tenderness.  To read love poetry to speak the language of love one needs to read SHE. Seems SHE has invented anew what W. B. Yeats called 'the old high way of love. This poem attests to this with lines that are uncluttered, rhythmically sound and romantically refreshing.
