Truth and Love
Truth and Love

He held his pen as a prophet whose vision
wields an apocalyptic sword of wisdom
and grinning with all that he has given
away to all who made this decision
he grins again and begins to mend
the bleeding scars of this incision

Enchanted voice of paper intent
entangled in his first time lament
she came as though she never meant
to take the life of the innocent
man who lied in between
the truth and her cruel punishment
