April 16,2007
a nation mourns tonight.
mothers and sisters weep,
fathers and brothers cry.
a coward,a thief in the night
has robbed them  of a precious jewel,
joy,breath.
a nation mourns
for its stolen treasure,lost youth.

who is to pay...
the cashier who billed?
the creator who made the monster?
the lobbyist who champions the cause?

a nation mourns tonight,
weeps and cries.
lobbyists and the creator blame each other.
